With over 35 years of extensive financial and operational management experience, Rich has been a key factor in Nobel's expeditious growth and financial stability. He has worked with varied national and international industries, including technology, health-care, manufacturing, financial and publishing companies. Prior to working at Nobel, Rich had performed due diligence services and financial management turn-around services for the investment interests of many companies.
He also served as Chief Financial Officer in various industries, achieving turn-around and securing venture capital funding. In addition, Rich spent three years at the CPA firm of Arthur Young & Company. He holds a MBA from Pace University and a JD from New York Law School.
Mohak was born and educated in INDIA, obtaining his Master’s degree in Marketing Management and Financial Management from BOMBAY University. Mohak has worked for various multinational corporations LG Electronics, ETA FUJITSU GENERAL, GE India, SDI and AEROTEL INC. During his 20 years in the consumer durables and telecom industry, Mohak has demonstrated leadership, independence, team skills, organizing and execution capabilities.
Mohak joined Nobel USA on Sept, 2013. He has been in charge of managing and developing NOBEL RETAIL business throughout USA and CANADA. NOBEL USA has one of the largest distribution networks of pre-paid calling cards. NOBEL Brand calling cards are appreciated by consumers and distributors.
NOBEL ONE web portal and its pin-less card were successfully launched in December 2013. By end of 2014 NOBEL ONE will be one of the largest pre-paid portal in USA offering services like International Long Distance calling plans, International TOP UP’s, US Wireless recharges, Local and International Bill Pay.
Jason Flanders is an operations and product management professional with over 15 years of experience in the Telecommunications and Consumer goods sectors. Jason joined Nobel USA as the Vice President of Product Development early in 2014. Jason has a Marketing degree from the College of Business at St. John’s University and is a certified PMP (Project Management Professional) from the PMI organization.
Jason has been working in Telecommunications, since 1999. At companies such as Orion Telecommunications, CVT, and STi. Jason was a valued member of the management team, serving many roles in Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, and Pricing. Jason Flanders has developed and managed entire portfolio lines, helped guide brands to become the largest in the U.S.A., and brought together brands from several acquisitions and mergers under one platform, managing them to exceed company targets.
After attending Syracuse University, Dan has built himself a successful career in the pre-paid industry. As Director of Sales with More Magic Solutions, he grew the distribution network to over 100k locations and expanded Mobile operator partnerships. In 2010 Dan became the Vice President of Emida where he was responsible for selling and managing Emida's global prepayment and value transfer platforms. Over the next 4 years, Dan continued to build distribution networks and gain operator agreements while at iSend LLC as Senior Vice President.
Dan was successful in gaining electronic Recharge agreements with International Mobile Operators and Distribution partners that extended to over 80 countries throughout the Americas, the Caribbean, Africa, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. In May 2016, Dan joined Nobel USA as Senior Vice President of Business Development where he is focusing his efforts on gaining direct partnership agreements with Mobile Operators worldwide.
Krista has over 13 years of CEO and Board level support experience at publicly traded companies ranging from a NASDAQ-traded medical device company to an NYSE-traded international consumer-branded products company. She possesses extensive knowledge of the requirements and demands placed on a public company's executives, along with the sophistication needed for Board level communications, executive office administration, complex travel and calendar management, and building the relationships necessary to accomplish tasks at the highest level.

Cesar has over 15 years of Sales and Marketing experience in various industries including print, radio and television communications as well as telecommunications. He worked several networks such as La Opinion, Radiovisa, Epana. Cesar has always excelled in the development and execution of programs, products and services.
While at Mobilution International, Inc., a mobile device wholesaler and master dealer of mobile services, Cesar led the launch and development of the California region. Focused on B2B sales and marketing, he introduced Mobocell.com portal to California. In November, 2015 Cesar joined Nobel, Inc., as the Western Regional Sales Manager.
Shara graduated in 2010 from Plaza College in Queens, NY with an Associates Degree in Accounting and Information Systems. She speaks English and Spanish fluently. While working as a Telecom Carrier Billing Analyst, Shara continued her education in Business Administration where she gained interest in Business Management and Operations.
She transitioned her career into a management and coordinator position at an events and entertainment firm. Shara began her career at Nobel, Inc., in February 2014 as an Executive Assistant with aspirations of growing within the company.
Ramona first worked with Nobel Globe in 2007 as a Customer Support representative while in college and later as an Account Manager for GTS Telecom in Bucharest in 2008. As a Key Account Manager in Berlin with Itembase in 2013, Ramona gained valuable experience of the B2B relationship management aspects. Although she enjoyed working in sales, she feels really fortunate to have had the opportunity to combine work experience with passion as Marketing and Creative Director for Lay-over, an event producing and talent management company.
In this role, Ramona evaluated possible markets and business opportunities related to the entertainment industry including brand development, communications, advertisement, public relations, digital technology use and event production and coordination. She guided and oversaw the responsibilities of graphic designers, photographers and other members of the creative team. Ramona joined Nobel, Inc., in May 2016 as a Marketing Manager at the New York office.
With 15 years of impeccable work record in Operations, Sales and Legal Compliance Department, Edwin worked as Sales Territorial Manager for Groupex Financial Corporation and Banorte Money Transmitter where he created a new network of business to offer money transfers. He implemented a marketing plan within a competitive business market in USA North East. He also developed a strategic plan with a selective and evaluation process to open new agencies and top producing agents through a bonus and incentive sales and marketing plans.
Among many other things, he planned and organized marketing community events and promotions at the POS and provided all agencies involved MSB Services and training on compliance rules and regulations that are required by USA State and Federal regulations. Edwin began working as a NFS Sales Specialist for Nobel, Inc. in February 2016. Working in New York, he opens and maintains new stores corporative image with advertising and promotional materials.
